Dr. Raja Mehdi is a Board-certified medical oncologist practicing in Las Vegas, NV. Dr. Mehdi earned his medical degree from Aga Khan University Medical College, Pakistan. He completed his internal medicine residency at Case Western Reserve University St. Vincent Hospital, Cleveland, Ohio where he was appointed Chief Resident. He received a fellowship in medical oncology from Providence Cancer Institute in partnership with the University of Michigan.
Dr. Mehdi specializes in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of cancer and blood diseases such as anemia, hemophilia, sickle-cell disease, leukemia and lymphoma. He has dedicated his career to developing more effective methods of treating cancer by focusing on the entire individual. With two locations, his practice, Hope Cancer Care of Nevada, offers state-of-the-art infusion therapy, including immunotherapy; in-house laboratory performing all routine blood work on-site; in-house specialty pharmacy delivering oral cancer drugs; nutrition guidance; financial counseling. Each patient is assigned a care manager—an oncology certified registered nurse who helps them navigate every phase of treatment.
