With a solid educational background, Dr. Grullon graduated with his medical degree from the Central University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in 1984. He then went on to perform his residency in internal medicine at Ascension Providence Hospital and Medical Center, followed by his fellowship in interventional cardiology at Henry Ford Hospital. In 2018, he completed his TAVR training at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital.
The doctor is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and interventional cardiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.
