A Gynecological and Hormonal Health Expert with Over Three Decades of Experience 

Dr. Carolyn W. Quist, DO, is a highly trained, board certified gynecologist in private practice at Carolyn W. Quist, DO, PA, located in Fort Worth, Texas. She is also the Medical Director of the Revitalize Wellness Center, P.A. She provides routine gynecology care, minimally invasive treatments, and hormone replacement therapy to address various men and women’s health issues with compassion and expertise. 

Since establishing her practice in Fort Worth in September 2001, Dr. Quist has been dedicated to promoting women’s health and well-being through a range of services tailored to meet individual needs. Her practice offers a wide array of services, including annual exams, contraception counseling, management of conditions like polycystic ovarian syndrome, hormone therapy and menopause management, minimally invasive surgical procedures using the DaVinci Robot, and hormone pellet therapy. She also provides aesthetic treatments (Botox, mini-peel facials, and alopecia treatments), sexual dysfunction treatments for women and men, and more to enhance her patients’ overall health and quality of life.

Dr. Quist’s professional journey began with the successful completion of her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center-Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1986. Following her medical education, she underwent residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Osteopathic Medical Center of Texas from 1986 to 1991, honing her skills and expertise in the field.

With a focus on continuous learning and advancement, Dr. Quist is a Diplomate of the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. In addition, she is an active member of esteemed medical organizations such as the Texas Osteopathic Medical Association, the Texas Medical Association, the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and the Tarrant County Medical Society, demonstrating her commitment to upholding the highest standards of care in her practice.

Beyond her professional commitments, Dr. Quist is dedicated to giving back to the community and is involved with philanthropic efforts such as Compassion International and Christ Chapel Bible Church. When she is not caring for patients, she enjoys exploring the underwater world through scuba diving and unwinding on vacations in the Caribbean.
