Dr. Simon is a board-certified urologist practicing in northern New Jersey for more than 10 years. He specializes in minimally invasive techniques for prostate, kidney and bladder cancers, as well as stone disease, voiding dysfunction, and sexual health.

The leading provider in New Jersey for advanced therapies for overactive bladder and urinary incontinence, Dr. Simon can be found on staff at New Jersey Urology in Englewood, New Jersey. Other urologists throughout the tri-state area refer to him for the care of patients suffering from persistent urgency and frequency to urinate. He utilizes several treatment modalities, tailoring the proper treatment to each particular patient.

The doctor’s practice has been designated as a Regional Training Center for Sacral Neuromodulation for voiding dysfunction of the bladder and bowel. This is one of 6 centers in the country and the only center in the North East. Physicians from around the country and the world have the opportunity to come and learn Dr. Simon’s techniques that have been shown to dramatically improve patients’ quality of life.

In addition, his practice is also the most experienced center in northern New Jersey for the utilization of shock wave therapy for ED. This is a therapy that improves erection quality with a non-invasive, in-office procedure that has produced stunning results. 

A native of Bergen County, Dr. Simon earned his medical degree from New Jersey Medical School in Newark, New Jersey. He then went on to complete his internship and residency in urology at New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York. Thereafter, he became board-certified in urology by the American Board of Urology (ABU). The mission of the ABU is to act for the benefit of the public by establishing and maintaining standards of certification for urologists, as well as by working with certified urologists to achieve lifelong learning to ensure the delivery of high quality, safe, and ethical urologic care. 

As a member of the Society of Urologic Prosthetic Surgeons, Dr. Simon is also one of the most experienced providers in the country of the InterStim™ sacral neuromodulation. He teaches doctors from all over the globe how to utilize InterStim™ in their practices. What’s more, he has published several papers, presented at national conferences, and currently serves as the Chief of Urology at Hudson Crossing Surgical Center.
