Dr. Farokhzadeh is a knowledgeable, smart, and highly-qualified family, cosmetic, and Invisalign dentist in Yonkers and the Bronx, New York. He practices out of Park Avenue Smiles & 505 Dental Associates.

Patients see him for a variety of reasons, including dental braces consultations, bridges, dental crowns, fillings, and dentures. He is attentive, gentle and always provides his patients with a great, pleasant, and comfortable experience. During his consultations, he explains patients’ conditions and helps them choose an appropriate dental treatment plan in order to preserve and improve their oral health for the rest of their lives. Educated in the United States, Dr. Farokhzadeh attended the Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and obtained knowledge in functional and cosmetic dentistry.

A member of The Empire Aligners and The American Academy of Clear Aligners, he continually educates his team on the newest dental techniques and approaches. He also takes the time to educate patients on the relationship between oral health and the health of their entire body, so that they can make informed and healthy decisions that will benefit their quality of life.
