A dermatologist is a specialist doctor who manages skin diseases due to both internal and external causes and is trained to address cosmetic concerns involving the skin. Dermatological duties include diagnosis and management of a variety of skin disorders, rashes, birthmarks, skin cancer screening and treatment, skin infections, cutaneous surgery and the use of injectables and lasers for skin rejuvenation.

She regularly graces the pages of Allure, Women’s Health, Us, Harper’s Bazaar, People, and other magazines and often talks skin care and demonstrates procedures on Dr. Oz, the Today Show, and Good Morning America, among other popular TV shows. She also regularly publishes scientific papers detailing her ongoing advancements and has previously presented at national conventions such as the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery.
