A distinguished psychiatrist with over fifteen years of experience, Dr. Ratliff is the Medical Director at Limitless Wellness in Noblesville, Indiana. With a commitment to providing comprehensive mental health care, he specializes in creating individualized treatment plans that involve patients and their families, ensuring that each person receives the support they need to thrive.

Originally from West Bloomfield, Michigan, he holds a bachelor’s degree from Wayne State University and earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in general psychiatry and a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. He is board certified in both adult and child/adolescent psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and he shares his expertise as an assistant clinical professor of psychiatry at Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Indianapolis.

Dr. Ratliff's goal is to reduce symptoms, alleviate stress, and enhance overall functioning, while also improving family dynamics. As a recipient of the prestigious Indianapolis' Top 100 Doctor Award, he is committed to providing a high level of care and creating a safe, non-judgmental environment where patients and their families can feel comfortable, heard, and understood.
