    Reading your information. I would probably do a blood test to be sure. Your Doctor can start your period. Sounds like you do not have a regular time for ovulation.     Probably be drained under local anesthesia if it has to be removed it would prob require anesthesia. If drained would prob be ok in a few days. It removed maybe a week. Consult you physician for further evaluation READ MORE
