    Your surgeon makes a place for the implant under the breast. Over the course of a few weeks the body develops a scar around the implant called a capsule. This is what holds the implant in place.     Liposuction can be used to trim the legs. The most common areas treated are the saddle bags, lower legs and medial thighs. The front and back of the legs are not good areas for suction.
