Get to know Dr. Heather M. Hendricks, who serves patients in Kansas City, Missouri. 

Dr. Hendricks is an Orthodontist serving Kansas City and the surrounding communities. She is affiliated with Children’s Mercy Kansas City – a hospital dedicated to improving the health and well-being of children by providing comprehensive family-centered health care, committing to the highest level of clinical and psychosocial care, and exhibiting research, educational and service excellence. 

Dr. Hendricks earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of North California at Chapel Hill. She went on to complete her residency in orthodontics at the University of North California at Chapel Hill and a fellowship in cleft, craniofacial and special care orthodontics at the University of Michigan. 

Dr. Hendricks in certified in cleft and special care orthodontics and Invisalign nasoalveolar molding. 

Orthodontics is a specialty of dentistry that deals with the diagnosis, prevention and correction of malpositioned teeth and jaws. It can also focus on modifying facial growth, known as dentofacial orthopedics. As an orthodontist, Dr. Hendricks is specialized in pediatric dentistry. 

During her time in the field, Dr. Hendricks has treated hundreds of patients and brought many smiles to the Kansas City area.
