Since her completion of her residency training, she spent most of her time doing clinical works.
With more than five decades of experience in her field, she spent fourteen years doing inpatient Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, providing both clinical and Forensic Services for the Local Juvenile Courts. The next twelve years she switched to the Adult Psychiatric services doing emergency admissions and acute inpatient care. The doctor is board-eligible in General Psychiatry & child and adolescent psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). The ABPN is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to serving the professions of psychiatry and neurology. During this period, the Consumers Research Council of America awarded her a certificate of Excellence as America’s Top Psychiatrist in 2007 and in 2008.
