I've been to various chiropractors over the years and Dr. Tracie is by far the best. I am currently in the wellness phase of my treatment which includes weight loss and sports medicine, which are two of her many specialties. I am not the same person that I was when I started treatment a little over a year ago. I will be 62 in a couple of months and I am in the best condition in my entire adult life. My pain level has gone from a 10 to a 2, with 10 being the most discomfort. I have learned about clean eating and am in the process of transitioning over completely. I have so much energy. I just feel great; spirit, soul and body.

Get to know more about Chiropractor Dr. Tracie Fowler, who serves patients in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Dr. Fowler, a fun chiropractor for over two decades, created The Spinal Frontier in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She believes that “the healthier you are, the more fun you have.”
Having spent way too many hours becoming a ‘nutrition nerd’, she is happy to answer any questions about diet and supplements.
Chiropractic is a form of alternative medicine that mainly deals with the diagnosis and treatment of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system, especially the spine. A chiropractor uses spinal adjustments, manipulation, and other techniques to manage patients’ health concerns, including neck pain, back pain, headaches, vertigo and a long list of other ailments and conditions. They aim to improve patients’ functionality and quality of life by properly aligning the body’s musculoskeletal structure and enabling the body to heal itself naturally, without the use of medication or surgery.
On a more personal note, Dr. Fowler has two children, one of which, Gabriel, came up with the name, “The Spinal Frontier,” while hanging out with friends. She loves her 1960s Schwinn 3 speed, traveling, backpack camping, and sleeping in here and there.
Little known fact: Dr. Fowler has a rather alarming collection of reusable grocery bags, in fact, she is actually forbidden from buying anymore.
