The billing personnel is horrendous. On the Date of service (10 March) I was asked to pay the FULL amount of the office visit of $175.00. I have BCBS of MS and Delta Dental supplemental insurance. They did not even bother filing with BCBS but did with Delta Dental. Delta Dental paid out on April 15th, the check was cashed on April 18th, and I have not yet been notified of my refund 3 weeks later!!! Now then for the surgery....Almost 2 months after the surgery, and $1000 out of my pocket expenses, they still have not filled the claim with my primary BCBS or even secondary. My daughters wisdom teeth were impacted so this is covered under BCBS and then Delta Dental would pick up the rest.....I have contacted "Steph" numerous times, and have been on 3 way calls with BCBS and the office but still have not got any of my money back. They want their money up front, but do not care when they get your money returned to you. Doc Griffin was great but the billing section is an absolute mess.
