On the subject of her academic background, Dr. Gonzales earned her Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic – West in 1992. She then went on to complete the CNS program at Carrick Institute For Graduate Studies in 2008, and to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from Hardin-Simmons University in 2010.
In order to better treat injuries, she has had extensive training in functional neurology, rehabilitation, and physiologic therapeutics. She is considered a Chiropractic Rehabilitation Specialist, which is an expert in the comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, management, and rehabilitation of individuals of all ages who present with simple and complex neuromusculoskeletal disorders, impairments, and associated disabilities.
