He currently practices with his co-owned private practice, Klement, Jungman, & Varga, DDS, PA, a dental group dedicated to excellence in dentistry. They commit to their goals through continuing education and the pursuit of the best quality patient care. They will strive to treat their patients in the same personal and individual manner as they want themselves to be treated. 

His personal philosophy is that if you do something, you should do it right. This directly affects his work as a dentist as he believes in providing care that truly helps his patients. He genuinely cares for his patients and considers them family.

In regards to his education, Dr. Klement graduated with his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Georgetown University in 1981. He continues to take classes and seminars every year to stay up to date on the best treatments. Previously, he earned a Master of Science degree from Long Island University and a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Bonaventure University.

To stay up to date in his field, Dr. Klement maintains professional memberships of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Manatee Dental Society, Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Academy of Osseointegration, and Florida Prosthodontic Association. He has also been inducted as a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and the American College of Dentists. 

Dentistry is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. As a dentist, Dr. Klement is trained to carry out such treatment as professional cleaning, restorative, prosthodontic, and endodontic procedures, and performing examinations, among many others. With over 30 years of experience in the field, Dr. Klement has treated thousands of patients. He spent several years as a commissioned officer in the US Public Health Service. 

In his free time, he enjoys sailing, racing, and cruising. He also really likes outdoor sports, especially biking and playing tennis.
