  • Is there a remedy for thyroid in homeopathy?

It’s best to see a local homeopathic specialist for this to be treated well. You would be best treated by getting sufficient labs and starting with herbs. Make sure your doctor checks selenium and iodine levels as these are often low. READ MORE

  • My son had pneumonia a few weeks. Can I put him on homeopathic treatment to have his lungs to recover faster?

Homeopathy may help but finding the right remedy for him is involved. Start with your kitchen herbs. Put 8 cups of water in a pot, best if it’s stainless not aluminum, add 2 heaping tablespoons each of these common dried herbs- oregano, thyme, basil, rosemary, sage. If you don’t have all of these it’s ok. Stir herbs in then Put a lid on and bring to a simmer for 5 minutes. Strain and add honey if your sons over 10 years old or can use maple syrup to taste. Try to drink a cup every 2 hours. Also take the pot off the stove and set on a hot pad - get a towel big enough to cover your sons head and shoulders. Have him cover himself and sit over the pot and breath in the herbs. He will get steamed and hot so uncover as needed. Do a few times daily the steaming for the lungs and drinking it for immune support. If he can drink the entire pot in 12 hours he will feel at least 50% better the next day. Do a second day to clear everything up. READ MORE

  • I am having a lot of acne and pigmentation on my skin. Should I try homeopathy for the same?

Your skin is a major detox organ and most likely your acne is related to diet. Clean up what you’re eating- no processed or fried foods. Drink plenty of clean spring water, wash your face with a mild soap or face cleanser twice a day and moisturize daily. Homeopathy really won’t do much for this condition. READ MORE

  • Is there any medication in homeopathy for treating acidtiy and heartburn?

Licorice root tea or capsules help with gastroreflux as does ginger tea. Stop eating spicy foods, eat light, clean, and perhaps smaller meals at set times. Don’t eat late, don’t eat till you’re full. Try to drink water, eat a bit, then go for a walk to assist things in moving down. You may need a hiatal hernia maneuver done by a chiropractic or see an ENT to get a scope of your esophagus. If it’s occurring daily for more than a month do see your doctor. Stress and coffee and alcohol will all make it worse. READ MORE

  • What is a natural way to manage anxiety?

Often, anxiety is a worry about the "What If's." When we can release the idea that we can change the past or the future, we can be less anxious. Breath work helps, as does meditation and exercise. Getting enough rest and knowing that God our Creator has it handled is a great way to relax knowing the Universe is FOR YOU, not against you. • How can I understand the ingredients in homeopathic medicine?

Hello. Steroids are never used in Homeopathic medicines, and the ingredients are hard to explain. A substance such as a plant is taken and soaked in alcohol or water for weeks then it is diluted out over many times so by the time is is done there is no piece of that plant left in the water or alcohol. Except if you looked at the water molecules originally it appears as it should but once it has had a plant soaked in it over time that molecule changes. That liquid is then dropped onto a tiny pill which is what you take to shift you energetically. So it is best to ask a homeopathically trained person to assist you in picking a remedy. READ MORE
