Get to know Dentist Dr. Rita Sliman Zohrob, who serves patients in St. Clair Shores, Michigan.

Named Macomb Daily Best of the Best Individual Dentist for several years now, Dr. Zohrob takes pride in changing patients’ lives by improving the appearance and function of their teeth. With a goal to assist patients in attaining optimum oral health, she practices at Clairpointe Family Dental in St. Clair Shores, Michigan. 

Clairpointe Family Dental is a full-service family and cosmetic dental practice whose goal is to provide optimal treatment to patients and their loved ones. The team is firm in their belief that a healthy body starts with a healthy mouth, and is committed to educating patients on the best ways to keep their smiles beautiful for life. A 1986 graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, Dr. Zohrob joined Dr. Bud Walters in 1988. With a warm and welcoming manner, she quickly puts patients at ease with her down-to-earth style and considers them as much a friend as a patient.

Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. Dentists diagnose and treat dental issues and help patients develop better oral hygiene regimens. They clean teeth, correct bite issues, perform surgeries and extractions, and perform other duties to ensure that the teeth and mouth are healthy. 

On the subject of her personal life, Dr. Zohrob and her husband, Marwan, have two grown children, Danielle and Jacob. She enjoys reading, walking with friends, and traveling to Las Vegas to visit her sister and extended family. She hopes to travel more in the future.
