With years of experience in orthodontics, Dr. DeFelice is currently serving patients’ dental needs at three locations in the State of New Jersey, including Cedar Run Orthodontics in West Creek, DeFelice Orthodontics in Hammonton, and Brickworks Dental in Cape May Court House. These three dental practices are all made up of teams of people who truly care about giving patients an orthodontic experience they will never forget. Dr. DeFelice and his exceptional staff strive to provide a comfortable, welcoming environment for patients of all ages by providing early orthodontic treatment for young children, helping patients resolve issues with retainers, Invisalign®, and other types of braces, as well as utilizing cutting-edge dental technology to diagnose and treat severe snoring and sleep apnea conditions.
Growing up in the Philadelphia suburbs, Dr. DeFelice earned his bachelor’s degree, graduating Magna Cum Laude with general university honors, from LaSalle University in Philadelphia. He then graduated second in his class from Temple University School of Dentistry with his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree. He completed his orthodontic training and earned his master’s degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he currently lectures to orthodontic residents.
Aside from being a board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, he is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and the Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists.
