Get to know Dentist Dr. Walid Thabet, who serves patients in Cleveland, Ohio.

An Ohio-based dentist, Dr. Thabet is in practice at Angel Dental Care. When it comes to helping people, he is by far one of the most caring and loving dentists in the Cleveland area. All of the hard work, time, and moving around he put into becoming a dentist was rewarded in 2014 when he earned the America’s Top Dentists Award by the Consumers’ Research Council of America.

The team of dentists at Angel Dental Care are deeply committed to providing patients and their families with quality, comprehensive dental care. Their experienced dentists work with patients of all ages, from all over the Cleveland area and work hard to ensure that every patient receives compassionate care and expert services while they are in their dental chairs.

Academically, Dr. Thabet attended Jordan University of Science and Technology, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Surgery. After making the decision to move to the United States, he went on to complete a preceptorship of prosthodontics and implantology at the University of Texas Health & Science Center of San Antonio, which led him to become the Chief Resident at the General Practice Residency Program at MetroHealth Hospital.

Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. Dentists diagnose and treat dental issues and help patients develop better oral hygiene regimens. They clean teeth, correct bite issues, perform surgeries and extractions, and perform other duties to ensure that the teeth and mouth are healthy.

A family man, Dr. Thabet loves to play soccer and watch movies with his friends and family. When he needs his alone time, he enjoys getting lost in a book or playing music.
