Get to know Family Physician Dr. Steven Armbrust, who serves patients in Wheaton, Illinois.

An experienced family physician, Dr. Armbrust offers concierge medicine services at his private practice - Armbrust 7, LLC - in Wheaton, Illinois. He also maintains hospital privileges at Central DuPage Hospital, and Delnor Hospital.

A 1986 graduate of the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science Chicago Medical School, he went on to further his training by completing his residency in family medicine at the West Suburban Medical Center in 1989.

Subsequent to his education, the doctor attained board certification in family medicine through the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). The ABFM is a non-profit, independent medical association of American physicians who practice family medicine and its sub-specialties.

Family medicine is a medical specialty devoted to comprehensive health care for people of all ages. The specialist is called a family physician or family doctor. A family physician is often the first person a patient sees when seeking healthcare services. They examine and treat patients with a wide range of conditions and refer those with serious ailments to a specialist or appropriate facility.

Among his most notable achievements, Dr. Armbrust has been the recipient of the Patients’ Choice Award in 2015.
