You can brush very gently after 3 to 4 days making sure you do not brush the area where the blood clot is because if removed you could get another infection called a, "dry socket". It is best to get the, "dry socket" a condition we know as, "Alveolar Osteitis" treated by your dentist. Treatment may take several appointments. It depends on the location and position of the teeth. Aligners must be worn 24hrs day only taking out when you eat. I usually recommend using the Invisalign app to take the original position of the teeth.
