Dr. Michel M. Alkhalil is a Pediatric & Adult Allergist, Immunologist and Sleep Medicine Specialist and the Medical Director with Troy Sleep Center and The AAIRS Clinic. Additionally he is affiliated with the Beaumont Hospital.

Dr. Alkhalil graduated with his medical degree with the University of Damascus Faculty of Human Medicine in 1998, giving him over two decades of experience in his field. After obtaining his medical degree he completed his internal medicine internship and residency with the St. Joseph Mercy Oakland. Furthering his education, he completed his sleep medicine fellowship from Drexel University College of Medicine and his Allergy/Immunology fellowship with the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine.

Dr. Alkhalil is certified by the American Board of Allergy & Immunology and the American Board of Internal Medicine in Sleep Medicine, Allergy & Immunology and Internal Medicine.
