An experienced internist, Dr. Dell has been in practice since 1988, showing special interest in geriatrics and preventative care. He is the Owner and Director of Internal Medicine and Primary Care Specialists in West Bloomfield, Michigan, where he teaches medical residents and students. He also helps oversee Lakes Urgent Care both in West Bloomfield and Livonia, Michigan as Co-Owner.

The doctor has a philosophy of treating the patient as a partner in their well-being. He approaches every patient with respect, kindness and offers the best treatment options through education and prevention. He takes pride in providing patients with reliable, high quality health care in a comfortable environment.

Born in Windsor, Ontario, Dr. Dell moved to the Detroit area at the age of 10. He attended the University of Michigan for both his undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology and Human Nutrition and his medical degree. Further training took him to Chicago at the University of Illinois.

Continuously advancing his efforts, he is an active member of the Oakland County Medical Society, the Michigan State Medical Society, the American College of Physicians, the Phi Delta Epsilon International Medical Fraternity, the Shriners, the Masons, the University of Michigan Alumni Association, and the Congregation Shaarey Zedek.

Since joining and starting a group practice, Dr. Dell has participated in various aspects of medicine including Medical Director of two local nursing homes, Medical Director of two Hospice Organizations (Karmanos and Visiting Nurse Association). He served at the Michigan Peer Review Organization as a Physician Reviewer and as a member of the Utilization Review Department at both Woodland Medical Center and Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital (HVSH). He also served on the HVSH medical executive committee as well as the morbidity and mortality committee and enjoys attending its tumor board.

Happily married, Dr. Dell has three children and two dogs. Together, they enjoy winter sports, travel, photography, Broadway Theater and music.
