An experienced general dentist, Dr. Umansky is the owner of Aesthetic Dentistry Associates in Humble, Texas. He and his highly skilled team are committed to understanding patients’ oral health needs and guiding them towards a lifetime of radiant smiles.
With a solid educational background, Dr. Umansky earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Texas in Austin, where he majored in English Literature and minored in Biochemistry, graduating Phi Beta Kappa with High Honors. He then went on to obtain his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center-Houston Dental Branch, ranking 8th in his class of 60 students.
Continuing his educational pursuits, Dr. Umansky embarked on a 1-year internship in oral and maxillofacial surgery, where he honed his skills in various areas including tooth impactions, pre-prosthetic surgery, IV sedation, oral trauma, oral pathology, treatment of oral diseases, and dental implants.
His professional achievements include Mastership status at the Academy of General Dentistry (MAGD) and membership in the Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society, both highly exclusive due to the level of CE courses and academic achievement required. Additionally, he holds the esteemed title of Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (FICOI).
Driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence in dentistry, Dr. Umansky has been the recipient of numerous scholarships and has earned positions on the Dean’s List. He remains steadfast in his commitment to advancement, having completed over 1,500 hours of continuing dental education to date, all with the ultimate goal of providing his patients with the best possible care.

Happily married for over two decades, Dr. Umansky and his wife, Angela, have a son named Ben. His pastimes include fishing with his son, spending time with his family, and perfecting his barbecue skills.
