What you are presenting is a case of Dawn phenomena, in which the morning blood glucose rises due to a transient surge in the Growth hormone and Cortisol level in the early morning hours and causes insulin resistance and hence transient morning hyperglycemia. If you don’t have a history of pancreatitis or retinal rye disease ask your physician to start you on Ozempic 1 injection weekly and titrate the dose up to 1 mg weekly over 3 months, it is effective and safe. Shannon Health is licensed for 400 beds and provides a variety of clinical services to meet each patient’s needs. They are the designated Level III Lead Trauma Facility for the region, have a nationally recognized intensive care unit, provide critical care to newborns as young as 28 weeks gestation, perform state-of-the-art diagnostics in our radiology department, and provide complete testing and surgical capabilities for cardiology patients, among many more services.
Dr. Richeh received his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Damascus Medical School in Damascus, Syria. He then went on to complete a residency at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in Chicago, Illinois and a fellowship at Diplome Universitaire, in Paris, France in pediatric cardiology.
