Get to know Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist, Liping Wang, who serves individuals in Monmouth County and its vicinity in New Jersey.

Liping is the founder of Holmdel Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine Center in Holmdel, New Jersey. Since its inception in 2001, Holmdel Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine Center has served more than five thousand patients with various health conditions.

At Holmdel Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine Center, we have only one intention, that is to help you restore your best health as quickly as possible. Whether its infertility, pain, stress, anxiety, or IBS, Colitis, asthma, allergy, or any other disease, we have all the knowledge, experience, and skills to make you feel better after even the first treatment. Your stress will melt away, your pain will subside, your body will conceive (if you are a lady suffering from infertility), your blood test will improve, and you will feel better. This is what we do every day and we are proud of our work!

Liping completed her Chinese herbal medicine education in Shandong, China, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Chinese Herbal Medicine in 1990, giving her nearly three decades of experience in her field. After receiving her Bachelor’s degree she worked as a Chinese herbalist in the Division of Traditional Chinese Medicine at Hua Qing Hospital in China for two years. 

After relocating to the United States, Liping earned her Master of Science degree in Acupuncture from the New York College for Holistic Health, Education, and Research in 2000. She then furthered her acupuncture training by completing advanced clinical training in acupuncture at Shuguang Chinese Medicine Hospital in Shanghai. During her time there, she was able to treat over 100 patients with various health conditions every day.

Liping is licensed in New Jersey and is a eight-year recipient of the “New Jersey Top Docs” Award from 2012 to 2019.
