Dr. Zasimova, a licensed acupuncturist, is the Founder of Acupuncture for Life in Bellevue, Washington. She treats many health conditions in adults and children (pain, migraine, high blood pressure, sleep disturbances, digestive disorders, skin problems, gynecological disorders, infertility, diabetes, allergy, and others), specializing in severe and tough cases.
“My mission as a healer is to provide the highest quality health care and service with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) using a wide range of TCM methods. These methods include: Chinese and Japanese acupuncture, auricular (Ear) acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, microcurrent therapy, cupping, plum blossom therapy, Gua Sha, moxibustion therapy, and acupressure” she stated.
With a strong background in Conventional and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Dr. Zasimova is able to integrate her knowledge, training, and experience in both and believes in the benefits of treating patients naturally with no harmful side effects. Her focus is on re-establishing harmony and balance within the body, mind, and spirit of each patient. She strongly believes that most health problems are self-inflicted and that the cause of most diseases is the failure to take proper preventive measures.

Acupuncture, Chinese herbal therapy, facial rejuvenation therapy, nutrition, and lifestyle consultation – all of them are used depending on individual constitution and existing health condition(s).
Prior to receiving her Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine degree at the Seattle Institute of Oriental medicine, Dr. Zasimova earned her medical degree at Moscow Medical University (Russia) and her Doctorate degree in pediatrics from the National Certifying Commission (Russia). She worked in Moscow Clinical Scientific Institute of Pediatrics and Pediatric Surgery for more than 10 years.
After graduation from Seattle Institute of Oriental Medicine, she continued to study her specialty with different teachers and has certificates to treat pathology of skin, digestive system, and pediatric disorders. She is certified in Mei Zen (Beautiful Person) cosmetic acupuncture, TCM cosmetology, and in facial rejuvenation with acupuncture and Chinese herbs. She is the only specialist in WA state who uses Advanced Allergy Therapeutics and Neoclassical Acupuncture.
Board-Certified in both Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, Dr. Zasimova is a Certified Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist through the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association. She is also licensed to practice Acupuncture in the State of Washington.
