Get to know General & Cosmetic Dentist Dr. Christopher Ostendorf, who serves patients in Stewartsville, Missouri. 

Dr. Ostendorf is a general & cosmetic dentist who is currently serving patients’ dental needs at his private dental practice Ostendorf Family Dentistry in Stewartsville, Missouri.  He recently acquired a second office in Saint Joseph, MO. Ostendorf Family Dentistry focuses on providing effective dental care that will enhance patients’ oral health and confidence, including general and family dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, and emergency dental care. “I want my patients to notice how much I care about them and their treatment. My mission is to deliver the highest standard of quality dental care available in the most caring and efficient manner” as stated by Dr. Ostendorf.

Dr. Ostendorf earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri – Kansas City. Dr. Ostendorf is a member of the Missouri Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the Northwest Missouri Dental Society. He is also a member of the Army National Guard of Missouri. 

Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. As a general & cosmetic dentist, Dr. Ostendorf has the skills needed to complete an array of procedures both simple or complex in nature. 

Dr. Ostendorf currently lives in Saint Joseph, Missouri, with his family. He and his wife, Amber, have two children – Ella and Liam. In his spare time, Dr. Ostendorf enjoys hunting, fishing, doing outdoor activities, traveling, and spending time with his family.
