His acclaimed career in medicine began after he earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1986. He then went on to perform his residency in orthopedic surgery at National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland from 1990 until 1994.
As a testament of his continued education, Dr. Rosenbaum is board-certified in orthopedic surgery by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery (AOBOS). The AOBOS is an organization that provides board certification to qualified Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine who specialize in the medical and surgical treatment of disorders of the musculoskeletal system.
Licensed to practice medicine in the states of Georgia and Florida, Dr. Rosenbaum Jr. is affiliated with Dodge County Hospital and Bleckley Memorial Hospital.
Staying up to date in his field, he is a member of the Georgia Orthopedic Society, the Society of Military Orthopedic Surgeons, the American Medical Association, the Georgia Osteopathic Medical Society, and the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association.
