Established in 1962, Northern Arizona Radiology is a dedicated team of experienced, board-certified radiologists, licensed technologists, and caring staff who strive to provide the highest quality medical imaging to all of Northern Arizona. In addition to their own office, the radiologists of Northern Arizona Radiology staff the Departments of Radiology at Flagstaff Medical Center, Verde Valley Medical Center, Little Colorado Medical Center (formerly Winslow Memorial Hospital), and the Winslow Indian Health Center, as well as provide interpretations for many local and regional facilities, such as Sedona Medical Center, North Country Community Health Center, Campus Health Center (formerly Fronske), Grand Canyon Clinic, and Williams Health Care Center.

Educated in the United States, Dr. LaBenz earned his medical degree from the Creighton University School of Medicine in 1995. He completed his internship in internal medicine at Creighton University in 1996, after which he returned to Creighton University to complete his residency in diagnostic radiology in 2000.

A member of the American Medical Association, he is board-certified in diagnostic radiology by the American Board of Radiology (ABR). The ABR is a not-for-profit physician-led organization that oversees the certification and ongoing professional development of specialists in diagnostic radiology, interventional radiology, radiation oncology, and medical physics.
