Dr. Don J. Moore Jr. is a well-versed chiropractor with Don Moore Chiropractic PC in Coram, New York. Dr. Moore provides a full scope of services, including chiropractic, nutrition, physiotherapy, dietary counseling, home exercises, and stretches. “My mission is to get you better, faster,”, says Dr. Moore.

Dr. Moore received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the New York Chiropractic College in 2008. He then set off to practice around the world before returning to New York to open a rehabilitation facility in his home town of Coram, New York. He aims to help the public maintain health, fitness and an overall improved quality of life, free of pain. In addition to his commitments in his office Dr. Moore is affiliated with the Chiropractic Collaboration at Mather Hospital of Northwell Health.

Chiropractic is a form of alternative conservative care that mainly deals with the diagnosis and treatment of disorders to the musculoskeletal system and the spine. A chiropractor uses spinal adjustments, along with stretching, therapeutic exercise, electrical stim and ultrasound to address patient concerns related to neck and back pain, headaches, vertigo and sciatic pain as well as many other musculoskeletal  conditions. The ultimate goal with patients is to improve functionality, decrease pain, increase range of motion, and improve quality of life. All of this is attainable with properly aligning the spine and decreasing strain on the musculoskeletal system as a whole. Returning a level of homeostasis to the body allows healing to occur naturally, without the use of medication or surgery.
