In regards to his educational background, Dr. Doss received his Bachelor of Science degree and medical degree from the University of Michigan and Howard University College of Medicine, respectively, and earned his Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) from Auburn University. He completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the Baylor College of Medicine.
Following his training, the doctor attained board certification in physical medicine & rehabilitation and electrodiagnostic medicine through the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (ABPMR). The mission of the ABPMR is to serve the public by improving the quality of patient care in physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R). This is accomplished through a process of certification and maintenance of certification that fosters excellence and encourages continuous learning.
