“The roots of my practice spread far and deep in this community to a previous generation of physicians who were unencumbered by the bureaucracy of modern medicine. They were not just “healthcare providers” they were an integral part of the community and the families they cared for. Their primary concern was for their patients. This is so often missing in today’s medical environment. The best healthcare delivery in the world starts with a dedicated partnership between a patient and their physician. This relationship focuses on the whole person: mind, body, and spirit and provides a stable foundation upon which a healthy future can be built. My goal is to help you optimize your health by using cutting edge technology and information without compromising the ideals of that old time medical practice” expressed Dr. Rozner.
Nominated Family Physician of the Year, he is affiliated with Edward Hospital and Linden Oaks Hospital at Edward. He is also an Associate Clinical Instructor at Chicago Medical School (since 1994) and a Clinical Instructor at Midwestern University (since 1994).
Growing up in the western Chicago suburbs, Dr. Rozner graduated from Illinois Benedictine College. He attended medical school at the Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine, graduating with his medical degree in 1990. He then went on to complete his residency in family medicine at AMITA Health Resurrection Medical Center Chicago.
Following his education, he attained board certification in family medicine through the American Board of Family Medicine, a non-profit, independent medical association of American physicians who practice in family medicine and its sub-specialties.
In good standing with a number of professional organizations, Dr. Rozner is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Illinois Academy of Family Physicians, the Illinois State Medical Society, the DuPage County Medical Society, and the Medical Group Management Association.
