Dr. Brungo is a board certified orthodontist in the San Francisco Bay Area, with a commitment to providing exceptional orthodontic care and creating beautiful smiles for his patients.
He served as an Associate Dentist at The Dentist Off Main in Molalla, Oregon, from December 2019 to May 2020 and at Main Street Dental in Gresham, Oregon, from August 2017 to November 2019. Prior to that, he worked as an Associate Dentist at GA & JA Brungo Associates LTD in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and at John Brungo DMD PC in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, both from July 2015 to May 2017. Dr. Brungo also had experience as a Dental Assistant at GA & JA Brungo Associates LTD from June 2009 to June 2011 and volunteered at Vincentian Regency Nursing Home during the same period.
Scholastically, Dr. Brungo completed his high school education at Shady Side Academy from 2000 to 2004. Moving on to higher education, he attended Allegheny College from 2004 to 2006, where he was actively involved in the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity and achieved Magna Cum Laude status. During his time at Allegheny College, he also earned Certificates in Helping Professions and Global and Area Studies.
Subsequently, from 2006 to 2009, Dr. Brungo pursued a Bachelor of Arts and Science Degree with a major in Sociology and a minor in Chemistry at the University of Pittsburgh, where he once again graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Later, from 2011 to 2015, Anthony ventured into the field of dentistry at the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health. During this period, he obtained his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry Degree, supplemented by a Certificate in Public Health.
Finally, Dr. Brungo continued to advance his expertise by returning to the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health from 2020 to 2022, where he completed a Certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, alongside achieving a Master of Science Degree in Orthodontics.
On a professional level, Dr. Brungo is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontics and the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists.
