Spencer, MD, MS, FASDS, FAAD, FACMS, is a well-versed dermatologist and who diagnoses and treats patients at Spencer Dermatology, an integral part of the Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery network, located in Saint Petersburg, FL.
