Get to know Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Eric Jamrich, who serves patients throughout the State of Colorado.

A top orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Jamrich is in practice with Rocky Mountain Spine Clinic, P.C. His areas of clinical interest include adult and pediatric deformities, disorders of the cervical spine, traumatic and degenerative disorders, minimally invasive surgery, and total disc arthroplasty.

The Denver spine surgeons at Rocky Mountain Spine Clinic, P.C. are well respected physicians, not only in the medical community in this region, but across the country and internationally as well. They are highly trained, having come from some of the best medical schools in the United States, and have extensive knowledge in the care and treatment of all spine conditions including congenital deformities, degenerative diseases, spinal tumors and spine trauma, both adult and pediatric.

Alongside his work at Rocky Mountain Spine Clinic, P.C., his hospital affiliations include Sky Ridge Medical Center and Medical Center of Aurora.

With a broad educational background, Dr. Jamrich received his medical degree from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City, New York. After medical school, he completed an internship in general surgery at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York, and two residency programs in the northeast. He completed his first residency in orthopedic surgery at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, and his second residency in pediatric orthopedic surgery at the Shriners’ Hospital for Crippled Children. Thereafter, he came out to Colorado where he completed a fellowship in adult & pediatric spine surgery at the Colorado Spine Center.

With years of experience, the doctor is board-certified in orthopedic surgery and spine surgery by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS). The ABOS is an organization with the goal of establishing educational and professional standards for orthopedic residents and surgeons as well as evaluating the qualifications and competence of orthopedic surgeons.

Continuously advancing his efforts, Dr. Jamrich is an active member of the Aurora Adams County Medical Society, the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the North American Spine Society, the Scoliosis Research Society, and the Cervical Spine Research Society.

Orthopedic surgery is the branch of surgery concerned with conditions involving the musculoskeletal system. Pediatric orthopedic surgeons treat children from the newborn stage through the teenage years. They choose to make pediatric care the core of their medical practice, and the unique nature of medical and surgical care of children is learned from advanced training and experience in practice. 

On a more personal note, Dr. Jamrich is fluent in English and Spanish.
