After earning his medical degree in 1954 at Ohio State University College of Medicine, Dr. Capper completed his internship at Baylor Medical Center, his residency at Brooke Army Medical Center, and his fellowship at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. Additionally, in order to stay up to date on all medical advancements in his field, he maintained a professional membership with the American Heart Association.
