Dr. Ducharme is a board-certified general surgeon who maintains a private practice, Ducharme General Surgery PLLC, in Tucson, Arizona. She completed her general surgery residency at Wilford Hall Medical Center/University of Texas Health Science Center – San Antonio in San Antonio, Texas (1997-2002). She completed her undergraduate education, i.e., a Bachelor of Arts degree in History at Albion College in Albion, Michigan, in 1992.

A Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), the doctor attained board certification in general surgery through the American Board of Surgery (ABS). The ABS is an independent, non-profit organization located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, founded for the purpose of certifying surgeons who have met a defined standard of education, training, and knowledge.
