Tupelo Native Combines Advanced Techniques with Compassionate Care

A dedicated neurosurgeon, Dr. Stacy has been serving the community at North Mississippi Neurosurgical Services since 2015. With a strong commitment to patient care and a focus on innovative surgical techniques, he has become an invaluable asset to the region’s healthcare landscape.

His clinical interests are diverse and encompass complex and minimally invasive spine surgery, cerebrovascular surgery and stroke treatment, brain tumors, neurotrauma, spine trauma, and the use of robotic and advanced navigation techniques. His expertise allows him to tackle a wide array of neurological conditions, providing patients with the highest standard of care.

A Tupelo native, Dr. Stacy earned his medical degree from the prestigious George Washington University School of Medicine in 2009. His journey in medicine continued with a neurosurgery residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, where he excelled and ultimately served as chief resident. He further honed his skills by completing an endovascular neurosurgery fellowship in 2014, equipping him with specialized knowledge in advanced surgical procedures.

Dr. Stacy’s commitment to excellence is underscored by his recognition as a Fellow of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and the American College of Surgeons. He is also an active member of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, the Council of State Neurosurgical Societies, the Mississippi Neurosurgical Society, the Mississippi State Medical Association, and the American Medical Association.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Stacy is deeply committed to giving back to the community. He actively supports several local charities and philanthropic endeavors, including the Boy Scouts of America, the North Mississippi Symphony Orchestra, COGITO, and FOCUS Ministries. When asked about the keys to his success, he attributes it to hard work and persistence.
