A devoted pediatrician, Dr. Sanchez is the Owner of Sanchez Pediatrics and presently serves patients in Perryville, Rising Sun, and Essex, Maryland. She is passionate about caring for children and she loves to serve the communities where her three offices are located.
The team at Sanchez Pediatrics consists of experienced, compassionate pediatricians and friendly, nurturing staff members who take pride in giving their young patients the personalized pediatric care that they deserve. All of their pediatricians are highly educated professionals who have undergone rigorous academic and clinical training in pediatrics. They maintain a high level of expertise through continuing education in order to provide the most up-to-date care for the young patients they are privileged to serve.
Originally from the Philippines, Dr. Sanchez earned her medical degree from the Cebu Institute of Medicine in 1985. She finished her first residency training in obstetrics and gynecology in the Philippines before she migrated to America and joined her family. She then went on to complete her residency in pediatrics at the Brooklyn Hospital Center in 1997, where she met her husband, Danny.
Subsequently, she joined 2 pediatric group practices, one in New Jersey and the other one in Cecil County before starting her private practice in 2002. Later, she completed her Master of Business Administration degree in Medical Services at Johns Hopkins University in 2010. She also serves as a member in Quality Management in one of the Medical Assistance Insurance.
Distinguished as a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP), the doctor is board-certified in pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP). The mission of the ABP is to advance child health by certifying pediatricians who meet standards of excellence and are committed to continuous learning and improvement.
On a professional level, Dr. Sanchez is an active member of the Medical Society of New Jersey, and the Medical Society of Maryland.
