Having been working in the mental health field for over 35 years, Dr. Campos has 32 years of experience in the United States and 3 overseas. The recipient of a medical degree from the University of Panama, Faculty of Medicine, he has been trained in psychiatry in Panama and in the United States. He served his residency in psychiatry and his fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.

Among his professional affiliations, he is a member of the Clinical TMS Society, the American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, the American Psychiatric Association, and the Texas Society of Psychiatric Physicians.
