    Hi, If you are sure it is a pimple (acne) and nothing else, please do not pop it. Touching and irritating it could leave a scar. Most pimples that come here and there resolve by themselves. To speed up its resolution, apply 2.5% benzoyl peroxide cream twice daily over it.
