The doctor’s acclaimed career in medicine began after he earned his medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in 1975. He then went on to complete his residency in ophthalmology at Wills Eye Hospital, followed by his fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus under Drs.
