Hi, Bun (blood urea nitrogen) could be that you are drinking too much. It would be good to know the creatinine. If you have gastritis, you could have a slow bleed. You need a complete blood count pt/inr, and that will tell you about your platelets that could be low if you are bruising. Neutropenia can mean many things.
