Dr. Zarate’s academic journey began with an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, followed by his graduation from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. His commitment to excellence is exemplified through his rigorous training during Podiatric Medicine and Surgery residencies at Saint Barnabas Hospital and New York Harbor Healthcare Veterans Affairs, where he was honored to serve as Chief Resident in his final year.
