Doctor Creighton is a graduate of Stanford University, and received his medical degree from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City. He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at The University of Iowa Dept of Orthopaedics, a highly respected training program. He has completed two fellowships, and has subspecialty expertise in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine. He formerly served as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Dept of Orthopaedic Surgery at NYU Langone Medical Center, in the Dept of Orthopaedic Surgery at StonyBrook Univ Medical Center, and is a NY State Trooper Police Surgeon. Dr. Creighton has authored research papers which have been presented at orthopaedic conferences around the country, and has been published in the most respected peer-reviewed orthopaedic journals. Dr. Creighton has  over 30 years of clinical experience treating a wide array of diseases and injuries to the musculoskeletal system in children and adults, including sprains, strains, fractures, dislocations, tendon injuries, ligament injuries, and arthritis, and has subspecialty expertise in performing minimally invasive knee and shoulder surgeries.
