Dr. Dallam earned her medical degree at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee, in 1982. She then served her residency in psychiatry at the University of Maryland School of Medicine (1982 – 1987). Dr. Dallam is the co-author of a paper entitled Trauma Reenactments in Aging Veterans with Dementia.
