Dr. Kostrzewski, is a cosmetic dentist who is currently serving patients’ dental needs at Stony Hill Dental Care in Connecticut. Since 1967, Stony Hill Dental Care has been the leader and preferred provider of quality dental services to patients in Bethel and the surrounding areas. The experienced dentists and staff offer comprehensive dental examinations and specialize in a wide array of cosmetic, preventative, general, and specialized dental services.

Dr. Kostrzewski earned his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1992. In 1993, he completed a general practice residency at University Hospital in Stony Brook, which placed an emphasis on medically compromised and fearful patients. Since then, he has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education courses. 

Dr. Kostrzewski was a Clinical Instructor at the prestigious Hornbrook Group in Chicago, where he trained other dentists in cosmetic dentistry and full mouth rehabilitation. In addition to his affiliation with the Hornbrook Group, Dr. Kostrzewski speaks nationally in front of his peers, as well as has published numerous articles featured in dental journals such as Dental Town, The Crown Council, and The Dental Leader. He also consults and teaches with major dental manufacturers and dental laboratories, which all value his extensive knowledge of the dental industry.

In 2000, Dr. Kostrzewski founded “The Winning Dentist” – a team of consultants to help others develop passionate teams and functional work systems, as well as to provide motivation and congruent marketing. In addition to his numerous published articles, Dr. Kostrzewski authored a resource manual “Creating Passionate Aesthetic Dental Teams.” This publication is designed to aid dentists, office managers and their counterparts on how to create their own winning team. 

Dr. Kostrzewski was a sustaining member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry from 2002 until 2007. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation. He is also a Fellow of the International Academy of Dental Facial Esthetics and a Fellow of the Academy of Comprehensive Esthetics.

Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity.  A cosmetic dentist enhances patients’ smiles by correcting cracked, chipped, uneven, and discolored teeth. Cosmetic dentists use a variety of methods to improve patients’ smiles, including porcelain veneers, bridges, crowns, fillings, bonding, and whitening techniques.

Dr. Kostrzewski and his wife, Kristin, have three boys – Luke, Alex, and Aiden. Happily married, they play golf together on a regular basis. In the winter months, they ski and work out together. They are also learning to ballroom dance.
