Dr. Ladha is a board certified neurosurgeon and fellowship trained spine surgeon at Basin Neurosurgical and Spine Associates in the Permian Basin.

Dr. Ladha’s expertise encompasses a wide range of spine-related issues, including back pain, neck pain, sciatica, pinched nerves, spondylolisthesis, spinal stenosis, herniated disks, and adult degenerative scoliosis. Dr. Ladha is also adept at performing complex spine surgeries and revision spine procedures.

When it comes to treating neurological conditions and conducting brain and spine surgeries, Dr. Ladha utilizes advanced surgical tools and cutting-edge techniques. After earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, Dr. Ladha then participated in a research fellowship with the American Cancer Society at the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine. Dr. Ladha relocated to St. Louis, Missouri, completing his Doctor of Medicine at Washington University School of Medicine. Subsequently, he continued his general surgery internship and neurological surgery residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC) serving as chief resident during his final year before completing a fellowship in adult spinal surgery at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.

With years of experience in the medical field, the doctor holds the esteemed position of Diplomate of the American Board of Neurological Surgery (ABNS). The broad aim of the ABNS is to encourage the study, improve the practice, elevate the standards and advance the science of neurological surgery and thereby serve the cause of public health.
