Get to know Anesthesiologist Dr. Gadith U. Gabel, who serves patients in Boca Raton, Florida.

Drawing upon over a decade of experience in the medical field as a prosperous anesthesiologist, Dr. Gabel is known for her perfectionism and her approach to beauty and high standards, taking the worry out of the beauty and wellness experience. She is the Founder of The Box Med Spa in Boca Raton, Florida.

The Box Med Spa is passionate about helping others look and feel beautiful, confident, and energized while delivering extraordinary results. All of the decadent anti-aging treatments and procedures are specifically performed by the masterful hands of Dr. Gabel. Her unique approach invokes breathtaking glamor – rejuvenating, revitalizing, sculpting, and restoring with specific care to both mind and body, understanding that both are important for optimum beauty and wellness.

According to Dr. Gabel, the idea for The Box Med Spa came to her when she was a young girl, watching her mom enthusiastically use the latest in cosmetics and beauty treatments. As she got older, she too became passionate about their use. After many years of visiting medical spas and researching the most advanced techniques, she realized that the experience in many facilities were sterile and felt like it had little to do with beauty, not to mention the delivery of education was sorely lacking. Hence, The Box was born out of Dr. Gabel’s love for beauty, anti-aging, and a strong philosophy that everyone is entitled to do whatever makes them feel and look their best. “We are here to gently encourage living outside of the box… breaking free to transformation.” as stated by the doctor.

Through her professional relationships with top plastic surgeons in New York, Florida, and California, Dr. Gabel’s passion for working in the beauty industry was born. Her drive for knowledge in the dynamic, ever-changing beauty industry has led to certifications in the most advanced skin care systems and innovative procedures on the market today. Every product and service at The Box Med Spa has been tried, meticulously tested and hand chosen by Dr. Gabel herself.

Along with her medical knowledge, she has a holistic view regarding the role that diet and nutrition play in skin health and well-being. She uses this knowledge to personalize treatments for each individual patient in order to recommend the perfect combination of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants through IV infusions and dietary supplements to complement procedures to further improve skin health and anti-aging. She insists on the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and professionalism in her facility where patient privacy and comfort is paramount.

Anesthesiology is the medical specialty concerned with the total perioperative care of patients before, during, and after surgery. It encompasses anesthesia, intensive care medicine, critical emergency medicine, and pain medicine. Anesthesiologists have the primary responsibility of monitoring the patient’s vital signs during surgery. In addition to basic measurements such as pulse, blood pressure and temperature, anesthesiologists also measure the patient’s respiration.

Dr. Gabel’s main motivation and driving force is her family. She is a wife and mother of three. Outside of the office, she enjoys her traditional yearly vacation with friends and living life to the fullest.
